Chinatown in San Francisco is the largest Chinatown outside of, well, China.
It is home to 15,000 people packed into a 20 block area, many of whom do not speak English very well, and many do not speak it at all. It is the densest part of the densest city in California and is so busy that the sidewalks are packed and the buses often move more slowly than the pedestrians. One bus route is jokingly called the Orient Express!
There are lots of things to see in Chinatown. The Dragon Gate is the southernmost entrance to Chinatown and has two small passageways each side for the common folks, with a larger central one for dignitaries. In Saint. Mary’s Square stands a 12’ high statue of Dr Sun Yat Sen, the first president of the Republic of China, and just around the corner is Od Saint Mary’s Gift Shop. There is the Tien Hau Temple in Waverly Place, and The Golden Gate Fortune Cookie Factory in Ross Alley.
Lots To See And Do in Chinatown, but for Dental Implants in Chinatown Look East
Yes, there are lots of fun things to see and do in Chinatown, but if you are thinking of having Chinatown dental implants then you don’t want to stay in Chinatown. You need to come to the Financial District. Here you will find San Francisco Dental Implant Center which is the office of a top dental implant specialists in the Bay Area, Dr Alex Rabinovich. Although highly qualified, our doctor does not undertake general dentistry but specializes in oral surgery and dental implants.
There are many advantages of Chinatown dental implants over other forms of tooth replacement. Dentures can slip about when eating or even laughing. A bridge requires perfectly good teeth on either side to be ground down in order to support it. Dental implants cannot decay and never need root canals. They have a superior bite pressure which is equal to your natural teeth. From an aesthetic point of view they are indistinguishable from your natural teeth.
Dental implants are, of course, not “cheap”, and many folk worry about the cost. However, at San Francisco Dental Implant Center we have a wide range of financial plans to suit every budget, including one that carries no interest if paid off within 18 months.
Most people have a lot of questions about Chinatown dental implants, so Dr Rabinovich offers all patients an initial consult when they can assess whether you are suitable for implants – most people are – and can answer all your questions. You can book an appointment by calling the office on (415) 992-9188 or clicking on the Contact Us link at the top of this page.
