Some folks do fine in a crowd even if they don’t like them. Others will go out of their way to avoid being in close proximity to others. The truth is, we all hate time-consuming lines and prefer to ‘get in and get out’ when we can.Replace Single Tooth, Implant Crowns Before and After 2, Alex Rabinovich at San Francisco Dental Implants

Businesses, especially small businesses in San Francisco, have adapted to our proclivities by competing at a new level. Want that wet burrito with all your favorite fixings? Order it on the app, and it will be ready when you drive up. Do you need dry cleaning delivered before the business trip? It can be picked up and delivered to the office. Many businesses even provide a “fast pass” style line for those who were smart enough to order in advance, so they can pop in and out quickly.

There’s also great news for busy Bay Area residents looking for the quick delivery of same-day dental implants. Modern technology has made it simpler to achieve a beautiful smile in less time. No, it’s not advanced enough to order via an app, drive up to click them in, but it’s the closest it’s ever been to the idea. The process of all-on-four dental implants is next-level, and our patients love it!

Get that ‘Fast Pass’ to an Exceptional New Smile!

Easy-to-install dental implants may sound like a magic trick. But when you learn the details, it’s easier to understand how it’s possible. A procedure like same-day dental implants has four basic steps.

The first step is scheduling a consultation with San Francisco Dental Implant Center founder, Dr. Alex Rabinovich. He will provide a thorough examination to find out if the procedure is a good fit for your situation.

One visit will be required for Dr. Rabinovich to take X-rays and a mold of the mouth. He will use them to assess the amount of bone in the jaw and decide if a bone graft is required. He will also review sizing the new teeth (called crowns).

It’s time for oral surgery to prepare the mouth by inserting the titanium metal posts into the jawbone. The bone will need time to fuse around the posts in a process called osseointegration. It can take up to six months.

Finally, after everything looks ready, Dr. Rabinovich will bring you in to snap in a whole new row of teeth. He’ll check your bite, make any adjustments, and then you are on your way out the door!

Dandy has an online post explaining the parts used for dental implants with pictures for reference and related glossary terms. Sure, same-day dental implants require earlier visits, but this isn’t an assembly-line procedure. Each person has their own unique mouth issues. And the goal is to do it right every time.
