After this he went to State University of New York, Downstate School of Medicine, earning an MD degree.

He became a Surgical Resident at King’s County Hospital and was then selected for a fellowship at Georgetown University / Posnick Center for Facial Plastic Surgery where he worked alongside some of the world’s leading surgeons in the field of Head and Neck Surgery from Georgetown and Johns Hopkins Universities. Dr Rabinovich is also passionate about reconstructive facial surgery and takes part in medical missions abroad in order to help children in need of free surgery such as cleft lip and palate surgery, and other facial deformities.
